How to participate

Step 1: Check Eligibility

Ensure that your team meets the eligibility criteria. Participants should be tech enthusiasts ready to innovate.

Step 2: Register Online

Visit our website and complete the registration form. The registration portal is open from August 10th – 31st. Don’t miss the deadline!

Step 3: Confirm Selection

Once registered, check email to confirm if you have been shortlisted or not.

Step 3: Prepare for the Event

Once shortlisted, start brainstorming and developing your ideas. Gather your team, assign roles, and prepare to for the event.

Step 4: Attend Virtual Workshops

Fireside chats, will be held to educate finalists on what to expect at the competition, and also things like dates and venues alongside prize structure will be discussed. Do well to attend once selected.

By participating in K-Tech Fest 2025, individuals and teams agree to adhere to these rules and any additional instructions provided by the organizers.
